I HAVE MET A YOUNG MET ,HE WAS TALL , DARK AND HANDSOME
Do you have dream ? Who does not have dream ? Who does not have hope in life? Without dreams and hopes life loses meaning.
The dreams are which keep us going and keep you alive to reach tomorrow .
In this matter, it was somewhat was a duty for me to do. For the ladies that whose been injured deeply .It was so deep that they were all looking for something just to hold on. You know ,we found hope and dream in strangest thing sometimes.
I met Engin Akyurek on TV screen as Kerim when he met Fatmagul on the top of that stairs, moments he fell in love with FG . I fell in love with his acting. It was not something in that moment .I was affected some much with this young man .So much that I started think what can I do keep this young man close to my heart an admire him more. I have been a volunteer in rape and abuse victims women about 10 years . I know this might not interest many of you but it was to me always will be .Some stories make third page news but my story comes from my heart it was too close to home . I always said if story touches your life way we look at the story is make us change feel different about it . That`s why how I looked at FGSN show was very different .....and will be forever .
I used "Kerim" is role for hope for these women. Initially idea was crazy .How would you use something Turkish to women who does not understand to language at all.But there is way to communicate and watch as Turkish show . More than anything else Engin was playing role of Kerim ...That`s how my ladies met Engin Akyurek in FGSN show ...That is how 'Kerim" became phenoma. "Kerim" hope for their future .Kerim one of kind ...the looks, the eyes, the smile ..everything about Kerim was excellent ...they started think he was flawless ...That is time... I said Engin Akyurek you are a great actor ..there is no comparison whatsoever.They loved Kerim ...and they hoped for Kerim like man in their life ..Yes these are women 90% of rape victim..
I met Engin Akyurek the end of August one rainy day during my Istanbul visit on summer of 2012 .I was nervous in the other hand calm . I have staged many times in my head what will I say to this young man when I first saw him. He entered to room " Merhabalar ' he said . I was frozen for a moment then I said "Merhabalar" ...too. I felt like this was different person than who I know. He was not Mustafa Bulut or Kerim Ilgaz ...or any of the character he played ....oh my god I said this is Engin Akyurek , at that moment proved one more time that "he is an great actor who can get in the skin of the character he played" ...We had long conversation about many think ..details are belong to me .But I was there carry on the hopes and to let him know he gave these injured women hopes and dreams to build their future. (My meeting with EnginAkyurek was nothing to do with USA fans page ) I was representing organization I voulunteer for.

Yes , I have met a young man who spoken well proper Turkish
Yes , I have met a young man who is with manner and a gentleman
Yes, I have met a young men with great smile
Yes , have met a young man who is TALL , DARK AND HANDSOME (this how my son described him)
Yes, I will say that I am one of the few lucky person to sit , have a cup of tea with Engin Akyurek and have conversations. How lucky I can get ...But more than anything else ,I met Engin Akyurek because he was a winner of the "HOPE AWARD " with Kerim role to my women...many may think that i used to this women to meet Engin Akyurek but in reality is I thanked these ladies from bottom of my heart letting me use FGSN in support group even they did not understand the Turkish language ...but Engin Akyurek communicated this ladies how he communicated many people around to world with his eyes , his smile and many talent will take days to listed here . ...This was also for "Leaf" who recently married to her own Kerim . She said many times "I had nightmare for my past but I have hope for my future "
There is story behind every person we have met . My story is belong to me ....yours to yourself .We are who we are .it's not about where we come from. It's about who you are. We may know peoples story but we may never know what they have been through ...I will always treasure this part of my life .Not only one things there are many reason for that.
I feel like accomplished FOR MY LADIES ...successfully completed their request . I presented their little present to Engin .This was not about me, this was not about to prove something . This was about pride as person to feel we did it ...we can do it ..keep dreaming ...

YES I HAVE MET ENGIN AKYUREK ....and HE IS VERY SPECIAL PERSON FOR ME FOREVER
